Art Heals
Last spring I reviewed research conducted by Robert Miller and David Johnson that showed PTSD correlated with higher levels of creativity. Recently the New York Times shared the story of Sgt. Matthew Pennington, who is healing PTSD in part through acting in a film. You can learn about the film, “A Marine’s Guide to Fishing,” here.
