When I made the doc film "It's More Expensive to Do Nothing" we were focused around the lack of rehab at county level and the 75% of inmates recidivating back into prison within two years. Enormously expensive waste of tax payer dollars. I found the trailer of this film also revealing about women incarcerated for defending themselves in the threat or action of domestic violence.
